Filters Plus WA is Australia’s Largest Independent Filter supplier and they contacted for help with a custom plugin. Their previous developer had created a custom cross-reference plugin, but the business had since closed, and they were facing both display issues and security failures. The data contained in their cross-reference database is an essential point of difference for their business, so securing the data with advanced security was a priority.
After taking a deep dive into their current plugin, it was decided that the code was out of date, and it was better to rebuild from scratch, rather than attempt to repair the current plugin.
We rebuilt the plugin functionality and added controllable security features that stop bot attacks and web scrapers, but also give them the flexibility to tweak the settings for human users to stop overusage.
We even added a new bulk cross-reference search feature that has been on their wish list for over 5 years, giving their staff and users a more efficient way to find filtration products.

King Daka Australia approached us to create a Custom Point of Sale System that integrated into the XERO accounting system. They trialled many off-the-shelf solutions, but none met their requirements, and almost all of them cost a lot per year and would lock them into that system for life.
After an initial consultation, we created a simple retail custom POS system for their new retail store that allowed them to process sales, manage inventory via barcodes and even create and receive purchase orders. They were so thrilled with the software package that they immediately engaged us again to integrate their online system with the POS system, so all stock levels and pricing matched when ever one was updated in the system.
We also helped them with some custom code snippets and a custom WordPress plugin to resolve some issues they were having on their membership website. It might not look like much, but the owner had looked for months for a solution to their “Paid Member Entries” counter. We had a solution up and running in less than a week.
